MamaLei's Snack Stand is owned and operated by yours truly Nianna Leialoha Dudoit Aka MamaLei. She's created a little pop-up on the side of the road out at Nakalele Blowhole.

MamaLei had first experienced baking at the age of 12 by her mother Dianna (Pratt) Solatorio. The first thing she was taught to bake was the famous family sugar cookies and cinnamon rolls. MamaLei's recipes were handed down by her mother when she reached the age of 15. MamaLei grew up baking those lovely treats every Christmas for her wonderful families and neighbors in her home town of Maunaloa, Molokai. Her love for baking grew enormously! She continues to use those historical family recipes as well as innovating Hawaii's most favorable delicacies to create delicious treats that will fill your taste buds with excitement. As done with MamaLei, she continues the tradition by passing her historical family recipes as well as the wonderful creations of her own to her children.
